DAA Residential has an established property letting department which is staffed by qualified professionals that handle the letting process and will also provide a bespoke management service of your property, if required.

We will guide and advise you during the letting process. You can relax knowing that your property will be looked after by a company that has experience of the lettings market in Wapping and Docklands for more than 24 years!

We are Licensed members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the industry’s regulatory body. We are also members of the Ombudsmen of Estate Agents (OEA) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

We always have applicants registered to rent apartments in the prime residential developments in Wapping and Docklands, including Olivers Wharf, St John’s Court, The Boardwalk and Port East amongst many other sought after developments within the area….. including yours!
