DAA Residential is an established independent Sales, Lettings and Property Management company. We are experienced in all aspects of the Wapping and Docklands residential property market.

We have successfully sold and let properties within the Wapping and Docklands area for more than 24 years. We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the industry’s regulatory bodies. We are also members of the Ombudsmen of Estate Agents (OEA) and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

Our office is well positioned in the centre of Wapping to cover the Wapping and Docklands property market.
